We spent over a year developing the very first version of 411dispatch.com and we did it on practically no budget. We don’t have big data centers and hundreds of employees and to date have paid for every thing out of our very own pockets. When you call us for support, you’re not going to get some big sophisticated press 1 for English message, you’re going to get a real person and someone who understands what’s it like to be the little guy. We don’t charge outrageous prices and to be quite honest we’d rather not charge anything at all, but we have to at least be able to cover our expenses. Yes, all load boards are pretty much the same and everyone has the same loads, with maybe the exception of some features like traffic cams and routing, but we have something they don’t. Personal Attention. If you would like to see a feature added to our load board, just let us know. This is your load board and we believe in operating it as a community based service. We aren’t going to ask for your credit card and then give you 10 days to try out some feature limited service, instead we are going to give you a full month to try out everything !!!
